1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

  • Items must be in original condition and packaging, unused, and free from any damage.
  • Returns/Exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective or damaged.

2. Return/Exchange Process

  • To request a return/exchange, please contact our customer support team with order details and reason for return/exchange.
  • Our team will provide you with further instructions. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
  • Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

3. Refund Amount

  • Refunds will cover the purchase price of the item(s) only.
  • Shipping, delivery, and service fees (including White Glove Delivery) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or product defect.
  • Any price differences due to an exchange will be adjusted accordingly.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or incorrect items qualify for free return shipping. 
  • For all other returns and exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Mattresses, pillows, and other hygiene-sensitive products (unless defective or damaged on arrival).
  • Custom-made or personalized furniture.
  • Clearance, final sale, or “as-is” items.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed for shipment.
  • After 24 hours, cancellation requests may be subject to restocking or processing fees.
