At Rooms, we stand behind the quality of our furniture and offer a warranty against manufacturing defects.
Furniture Warranty
Coverage:
- Metal and Solid Wood Structural Parts: Covered for 3 years from the date of purchase for residential, non-commercial use.
- Soft Parts and Workmanship: Covered for 1 year from the date of purchase.
What’s Covered:
- Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper care.
- This warranty applies to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable.
What’s Not Covered:
- Damages caused by improper use, accidents, negligence, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or natural wear and tear.
- Exposure to extreme temperatures, moisture, or direct sunlight.
- Normal wear, minor surface imperfections, and natural variations in wood grain or texture.
- Fabric, leather, or upholstery, which may have separate manufacturer warranties.
Warranty Claim Process:
- To submit a claim, please contact our customer support team with your order details, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos or documentation. We may request additional information or an inspection.
- If approved, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective item or part free of charge, or offer a refund or store credit if repair or replacement is not feasible.
Mattress Warranty
Coverage:
The warranty for mattresses remains for 10 years and is valid from the date of purchase. It applies to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable.
What's Covered:
This warranty is valid for residential use only and covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship:
- Split or broken seams
- Defective or damaged springs
- Substantial sagging
Beginning in the second year, a depreciation charge will apply based on the original purchase price and the length of time the product has been in use. The depreciation rate increases by 10% for each additional year of use.
The applicable depreciation rates from Year 2 through Year 10 are as follows: 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%, 60%, 70%, 80%, and 90%.
What’s Not Covered:
- Damage resulting from improper storage, incorrect installation, improper use, abuse, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or the use of improper cleaning methods or products
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage such as cuts or scratches, and damage caused by accidents or external impacts
- If the mattress is used outdoors or placed in environments with excessive moisture or humidity
